My Journey

After 13 years working as a counsellor in the criminal justice system, I followed my passion for fitness and retrained as a gym instructor. That background shapes everything I do — I care just as much about mental wellbeing as physical strength. This unique perspective allows me to build programmes that are not just about lifting weights, but lifting spirits too.

Classes designed for confidence and strength

My classes are built around one simple goal: make training effective and enjoyable. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells, I focus on safe, strength-building sessions that boost confidence as well as fitness. We break down barriers, making strength training accessible and rewarding for everyone.

Everyone's welcome: personalised support for all

Because of my counselling experience, I ensure tailored programmes to meet individual needs, so people feel supported whether they’re starting out or pushing towards new goals. Everyone is welcome — from 70-year-olds trying a class for the first time, to teenagers who live in the gym. Your body will be respected, your limits challenged, and you’ll leave smiling.
