Emma’s Uplift Lab is a weightlifting and resistance training class designed to help you build confidence, increase strength, and improve overall fitness in a supportive and uplifting environment.

The class programme created to help you build consistency, develop proper lifting technique, and track your progress over time.

Each class includes:

Warm-Up & Exercise Demonstration

Every session begins with a guided warm-up and demonstrations to ensure you feel prepared and confident with each weightlifting movement and exercise. 

Weightlifting & Strength Stations

Classes are set up in a circuit format with different stations combining weightlifting, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.

You’ll work through all stations, keeping the sessions challenging, energising, and effective

Core & Stretching Finish

Sessions finish with focused abdominal work and stretching to support recovery, flexibility, and mobility.
